Windell Limited have been appointed to supply and install the glazed façade package on the new Student Accommodation development at College Avenue Belfast.
In conjunction with McAleer & Rushe, Windell will install the external windows, doors and curtain walling systems on this purpose built student accommodation scheme on a 0.6 acre site providing 804 bedrooms, plus commercial space and car parking.
The package will also include a bespoke louvre system, which will be fixed to the front of all opening casements.
On site installation is due to start in May 2017, with a 29 week delivery period.
